About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise business applications across the organization.

This role will own the complete enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, HCM, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Integration, Automation, and AI platforms. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives, application modernization, business process optimization, and enterprise-wide AI adoption while ensuring operational excellence and business value realization.

The Head of Enterprise Applications will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to create a scalable, intelligent, and future-ready application landscape.

- Develop and execute enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications :

1. Education :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2. MBA preferred.

3. Master's degree in Technology Management is a plus.

2. Experience :

1. 15- 25 years of experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership.

2. 8+ years leading enterprise application organizations.

3. Proven experience managing large-scale global transformation programs.

4. Experience managing multimillion-dollar technology portfolios.

5. Strong experience working with executive leadership teams.

A senior technology executive who has successfully led enterprise application landscapes, ERP transformations, AI-driven business modernization, and global delivery organizations. The candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Integration Platforms, Data & Analytics, and emerging AI technologies while acting as a strategic partner to C-suite executives.
