As a Product Manager at Motion Education, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, focusing on enhancing user engagement, improving learning outcomes, and driving business growth. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong IQ, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of app engagement and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Identify market needs and opportunities for new features, products, and improvements. - Translate complex educational and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences. Analytics and Engagement Tools: - Utilize app engagement tools (such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or Mixpanel) to monitor and improve user engagement. - Analyze user behaviour using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Amplitude to identify pain points, trends, and opportunities for optimization. - Use data-driven insights to improve app performance and user retention. Attention to Detail and Optimization: - Ensure every feature and release is thoroughly tested, functional, and delivers a seamless user experience. - Pay meticulous attention to product details, from user interface design to feature implementation, ensuring that all elements align with Motion Education's quality standards. - Continuously monitor feedback and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, and sales teams to deliver on the product roadmap. - Ensure alignment between product requirements and technical execution, facilitating smooth communication between teams. - Coordinate product launches and ensure the app is technically and functionally ready for new features or segments. User Engagement and Retention: - Drive product engagement by creating features that resonate with learners and improve their educational experience. - Implement strategies to increase user retention and reduce churn, particularly through personalized learning paths, timely notifications, and gamified elements. - Identify key drivers of user satisfaction and work towards enhancing those aspects. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: - Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead in the EdTech landscape. - Identify new opportunities based on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing user preferences. Product Launches and Performance Monitoring: - Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and product-market fit. - Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust based on feedback and analytics to ensure continued improvement. Skills and Qualifications: - High IQ and Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. - Detail-oriented: Keen eye for details to ensure product quality and an excellent user experience. - Experience with App Engagement Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, or similar. - Proficiency in Analytics: Strong experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Amplitude to gather insights and drive decisions. - Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or related fields. - Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical teams. - Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects and timelines, with an emphasis on execution and delivery. - User-focused Mindset: Passionate about understanding user behaviour and creating features that enhance their learning journey. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the EdTech industry or working on educational products. - Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and retention strategies. - Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile apps.
