Purpose of the role:   The position holder will be a part of the core team of MO Real Estate Private Equity. Will be accountable for Product, Sales and Marketing of the Real Estate Funds. Primary responsibility is to manage relationships with domestic distributors which includes Wealth, National Distributors and IFAs. Managing relationship with Product, Sales and Wealth Heads will be a prerogative of this role. In addition to this, the incumbent will be responsible for on-boarding and sales of various distributor counters. It is imperative for the job holder to work along with the Investment Team and generate New Product Ideas based on the market feedback. Further, the position holder will be responsible for Marketing and PR of the fund and Customer Service.   Key Activities:   Highly Critical:   Build & maintain relationships with Distributors - Wealth Management Companies, National Distributors, IFAs   Develop & maintain key relationships with Product teams / Sales Heads of above mentioned firms   Idea Generation & decide on new funds strategy after checking product requirements from Distributors   Marketing & PR of RE platform in alignment with the Central PR & Marketing Dept   Improve client relationship / experience along with the Operations Team   Important:   Spearhead the Fund raising activity which will be large Domestic Capital raise for Real Estate PE Business   Channel Management - partner identification, opportunity generation   Head the Real Estate Private Equity Product for Motilal Oswal   Key Working Relationships:  Internal:   Real Estate Funds Investing Team   Real Estate Funds Assets Management Team   Real Estate Funds Operations Team   PR & Marketing Dept.   External:   Wealth Management Companies / AMCs   National Distributors / IFAs   Key Performance Indicators:  On-boarding more & more AMCs / Wealth outfits   Spearheading new strategies for new funds   Bringing ideas   Getting strategy to the table   Relationship skills   Educational Qualifications: CA, MBA - Finance from premier institutions   Prior Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience in Product, Sales and Marketing of Real Estate Funds / Alternate Assets Channel Distribution / Product Advisory in Wealth Management Firms / AMCs   Domain Knowledge: Should have a good grip on overall spectrum of capital allocation ; Understanding the entire Alternate Asset Management capital raise space; Prior experience in capital raise for RE Funds will help; Ongoing distribution relationship across wealth platforms   Behavioral Competencies:  Knowledge Driven   Strategic Focus   Customer Focus   Result Orientation   Continuous Improvement   Networking Skills   Technical   Domain Expert   Complete knowledge of various kind of Asset Classes
