MIS Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Purpose:

- The role involves providing analytical and operational support to the Investment Banking team through performance tracking, CRM monitoring, and data management.

- The incumbent will play a key role in preparing dashboards, tracking business activities, maintaining an updated IB database, and supporting in the preparation of board presentations to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Present performance dashboards on a sector-wise basis.

- Track and monitor CRM activities for the Investment Banking team.

- Track business reviews and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Build, maintain, and regularly update the Investment Banking database.

- Assist in preparing board presentations and business review materials.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business operations preferably within financial services or investment banking.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

- Good understanding of CRM tools and reporting systems.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
