Understanding our company business, balance sheet, Equity Capital structuring, ESOP schemes, Various corporate finance raising instruments like Debt, preference capital, Commercial papers, hybrid instruments, Re-structuring projects like bonus, rights, etc in compliance with Company law, SEBI & RBI.   6. Bring in Digitization in various process including meetings, Building compliance systems to track compliances  7. To build / maintain effective relationships / networks of contacts with CS fraternity, Industry people, Regulators & consultants, to potentially help in achievement of work-related goals / establishing advantages.Should possess the ease & comfort in approaching key people in the organization whether internal teams or inter departmental.
