Motherson - Manager - Sourcing - Direct Material Domain

Your Tasks:

- Negotiation of contracts, consistent with the authorized strategy, within budgetary limitations, scope of authority and collaboratively with team members within the operating company

- Prepare RFQ summary of Unibuild India RFQs, obtain quotations, negotiation and sourcing agreements to execute deliveries.

- Be part of the Sourcing Board of the Group companies for awarding the new programs to the supplier and be the key stake holders.

- Maintaining and developing relevant commodity expertise through the research of periodicals, regular strategic meetings with Key suppliers Maintain an understanding of industry dynamics

- To drive India consolidation and work on VA VE with the group companies. Interact with Cross-functional teams to collaborate internally and with OEMs for design level changes/New product Development.

- Develop, monitor and forecast of Key Performance Indicators for the Group commodity performance. Including budget guidance and Budget Target
