Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketer to drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement for our flagship platforms Motadata Unified Observability & ServiceOps. The ideal candidate will be a strategic storyteller who can shape narratives, craft impactful content, and enable our sales teams to succeed in a competitive SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product positioning and messaging based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.

- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches, product updates, and feature rollouts.

- Create compelling sales collateral including brochures, playbooks, battlecards, and presentations.

- Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to drive alignment and enablement.

- Collaborate with content, digital, and performance marketing teams on product-led campaigns.


- Conduct market and customer research to uncover opportunities and refine product messaging.

- Manage and optimize customer-facing content across website, datasheets, and digital assets.

- Track, analyze, and report product marketing KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, feedback

loops).

Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT product marketing.

- Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement.

- Proficiency with marketing and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Loom,

Figma).

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple launches.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from market research and customer feedback.
