Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive significant growth for our B2B SaaS product.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, with a focus on maximizing ROI and acquiring high-quality leads.

You will report directly to leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing best practices and a proven track record of success in managing marketing budgets and achieving aggressive growth targets

Roles & Responsibility:

- Collaborate with the sales team and Partners to understand customer requirements and propose Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Oversee all campaigns and report directly to leadership on performance, insights, and recommendations.

Budget Management & ROI:

- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and regions.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and localized platforms.

- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.

- Runs CRO Experiments & Landing page optimization

- Ensure the seamless flow of leads from ads to landing pages, CRM, and the sales team.

Tracking & Reporting:

- Set up and maintain tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters to accurately measure campaign performance.

- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and reporting.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations
