Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy and talent acquisition initiatives. This role is pivotal in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical and IT talent while strengthening Motadatas employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume technical recruitment, particularly in SaaS environments, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for technical and IT roles, including JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.

- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals to attract and retain top talent.

- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen Motadatas employer brand across online platforms, career fairs, and professional networks.

- Drive campus recruitment programs, building strong relationships with top-tier institutions to source emerging talent.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.

- Conduct market research and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical skills.

- Manage recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

- Lead negotiation and closure processes to ensure candidate acceptance while maintaining organizational standards.

- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and structured recruitment processes across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6-7 years of experience in Technical Hiring, preferably in SaaS or IT product companies.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from JD drafting to offer management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent mapping.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
