Position Overview:
Motadata is seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand our channel partner network in the Western market. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proven expertise in sales and channel management, and the ability to build and sustain high-value relationships with partners and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to strengthen market presence.
- Develop and execute partner enablement and training strategies to ensure success.
End Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
- Understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure high ROI.
Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews and meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, taking corrective actions when needed.
Market Expansion:
- Research and identify new opportunities, trends, and emerging markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create localized strategies.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and partner activities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales and channel strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and channel partner management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of domestic and/or international market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
