Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Associate Founder to join the Founders Office and work directly with the Founder in building and scaling the company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the Marcom industry, who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to move beyond client servicing into building brands and businesses from the ground up.
You will play a critical role in operations, strategy execution, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership, while gradually becoming a key decision-maker across multiple brands in the D2C and tech ecosystem.
This is not a conventional 95 role. There will be intense discussions, data-driven debates on ROAS and ROI, strategic disagreements, late nights, and high ownershipbut also immense learning, growth, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Founders Office & Strategy Execution
- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day operations and long-term strategy
- Translate vision into execution across creative, marketing, technology, and operations teams
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of priorities
Operations & P&L Ownership
- Oversee operational efficiency across departments
- Track budgets, revenue, margins, and profitability at company and brand levels
- Own and analyze P&L performance, identifying growth and cost-optimization opportunities
Brand & Business Building
- Manage and scale multiple brands across D2C and tech verticals
- Move beyond client servicing to actively build, launch, and grow brands
- Partner with marketing, performance, creative, and product teams to drive growth
Marketing, Growth & Performance
- Work closely with performance marketing teams on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic pivots
- Support go-to-market strategies, positioning, and brand storytelling
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between creative, tech, media, and operations teams
- Drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration
- Manage external partners, vendors, and strategic stakeholders
Decision-Making & Problem Solving
- Support high-stakes decision-making with data and market insights
- Challenge assumptions, debate strategies, and co-create solutions
- Handle ambiguity and rapid changes with ownership and maturity
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in Marcom, advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth metrics, and brand strategy
- Experience managing operations, budgets, or P&L responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and functions simultaneously
- Strong business acumen with hands-on execution capability
