Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Meta (P&L Ownership).

Location: Thane.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years.

Preferred Background: Experience in D2C brands (highly preferred).

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Performance Marketing Manager who will take complete ownership of Meta Ads P&L for one of our fast-growing brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns to drive profitable growth.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of consumer funnels, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative, brand, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meta Ads P&L Ownership.

- Take full ownership of Meta performance marketing P&L from budgeting, planning, forecasting to execution.

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly P&L dashboards to ensure profitable scale.

- Drive growth while maintaining efficiency across CAC, ROAS, payback, and cohort KPIs.

- Campaign Management & Optimisation.

- Set up, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across all objectives (sales, retargeting, awareness).

- Own campaign structuring, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and scaling approaches.

- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

- Creative & Experimentation.

- Work closely with brand, design, and creative teams for ad conceptualization and testing.

- Identify top-performing creative formats, messaging angles, hooks, and iterate quickly.

- Collaborate with analytics to measure incrementality and impact of experiments.

- Data & Insights.

- Use Meta Insights, GA, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or equivalent tools to monitor funnel performance.

- Track acquisition funnel metrics CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat cohorts.

- Identify performance drivers and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads management with a proven track record of scaling budgets.

- Experience managing P&L for Meta or performance channels.

- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

- Comfort with fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience working in D2C brands or digital-first companies.

- Exposure to other paid channels (Google, YouTube, Affiliates) is a plus.

- Experience in creative performance analysis and rapid testing frameworks.
