As we expand into new international markets, were looking for a Marketplace Manager to lead and grow our presence across key e-commerce platforms.

Job Title: Marketplace Manager - International Business Team.

Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-site).

Team: International | Mosaic Wellness.

Experience Level: Mid.

Type: Full-time.

What Youll Do:

- Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock allocation to ensure availability and minimize deadstock.

- Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to drive visibility and sales.

- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to maximize performance.

- Monitor and improve key metrics like sales, return rates, listing health, and delivery SLAs.

- Liaise with internal teams (supply chain, finance, content, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.

- Drive continuous improvement in marketplace operations through data and insights.

What You Bring:

- Hands-on experience with tools like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, and similar

dashboards.

- Strong understanding of inventory management, promotions, listings, and platform algorithm behavior.

- Ability to manage and execute across multiple platforms simultaneously.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in FMCG, personal care, or kids nutrition categories is a big plus.
