About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our business within the Modern Trade and Omni Trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/Retail account management and proven experience in handling key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key Modern Trade and Omni Trade accounts (such as large-format retailers, and multi-channel retail partners).
- Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Negotiate and manage annual contracts, trade terms, and strategic partnerships with key accounts.
- Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections, forecasting, and stock management across partner outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential threats or opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management in FMCG/Retail or a similar industry.
- Proven experience managing Modern Trade and/or Omni Trade channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
