About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Manager - Influencer Marketing (Fitness) to lead and scale our fitness influencer partnerships.
- This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the fitness creator ecosystem.
- You will be responsible for developing high-impact collaborations that drive brand awareness, credibility, and conversions within the fitness community.
- This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to build impactful partnerships and ensure the success of our influencer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy & Leadership.
- Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, ensuring strong ROI and business impact.
- Build a roadmap for scaling influencer collaborations.
- Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Influencer Relationship Management.
- Identify and onboard high-impact influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers, ensuring authenticity and sustained engagement.
- Oversee contract negotiations, deliverable agreements, and compliance with brand Guidelines.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with category and brand teams to develop compelling campaign narratives.
- Oversee product seeding initiatives to maximize visibility and trial among Influencers.
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Set KPIs for influencer collaborations, tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Leverage insights and data to optimize future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitor strategies.
- Experiment with new platforms, content formats, and influencer categories to enhance brand impact.
Budget & Compliance Management:
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and strong returns.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong network and relationships within the fitness creator ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale influencer campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
