Your role in our success:

- Demand Planning - Driving Accuracy and Alignment

- Lead the demand planning process with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with sales, category, and supply priorities.

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts that are both accurate and agile to address unexpected spikes.

- Set KPIs for forecasting excellence and ensure continuous monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.

Supply & Distribution Planning - Mastering the Flow

- Craft strategic supply plans to meet customer needs while optimizing costs and working capital.

- Anticipate delays, mitigate risks, and solve complex supply challenges through proactive planning.

- Define and maintain dynamic inventory norms across categories, SKUs, and CFAs to ensure smooth stock distribution.

- Oversee stock allocation and rationing strategies for constrained SKUs, ensuring channel priorities are met.

What makes you a great fit for this role:

- Proven experience of 8-12 years in supply chain management, procurement, working with contract manufacturers in nutraceuticals or personal care in D2C startups preferable.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools.
