
Client Servicing Role - Influencer/Creator & Community Management
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (WFO).
Reports to: Category Director (OWN).

Youll build and run high-signal WhatsApp/Instagram/YouTube communities converting curiosity confidence advocacy while keeping our brands positioning, tone of voice, and objective proof in the front and center.
What Is This Role Expected To Drive:
- Community activation: Launch or consolidate 3 to 5 high-intent cohorts and own and drive an aligned weekly engagement rate.
- Community design & cadence: Segment & stand up WhatsApp Communities/broadcast lists with consent and IG/YT comment communities; set content calendar and cadences.
- Drive Community Engagement: Create real/virtual sessions that scale via replay/carousel summaries.
- Editorial & programming: Execute content that aligns with the brand's principles of Educate, Participate, and Prove in partnership with the Brand-Category Team.
- Creator management: Source/manage nutritionists, trainers, doctors, recipe/runners/parents; negotiate deliverables; enforce no codes/no hype, proof-first mentions.
- Moderation and Trust: Set community guidelines, escalation paths, and corrections protocol; control tone and conversations; uphold tone (plain/precise/human); ensure no false claims and avoid medical advice or consultations.
- Insights and Measurement: Track cohort growth, engagement, topic heatmaps, sentiment, and advocacy actions (shares, referrals, UGC generated); consolidate consumer insights into PDP content; feed product/content briefs back to teams (taste feedback, pack clarity, needed formats, etc.
Must-have skills & experience:
- 2 to 3 years in influencer marketing/community management for a consumer brand/publisher or health/fitness, proven program cadence (not just one-off events).
- Hands-on with WhatsApp ops and IG/YT community tools.
- Strong writing (clear, non-alarmist, factual), comfort hosting/moderating live sessions.
- Data-driven: can read basic dashboards (growth, retention, engagement, NPS/sentiment) and turn insight into weekly action.
Nice-to-have:
- Health/fitness/nutrition background or experience working with nutrition creators/doctors.
- Experience with referrals/UGC programs that reward impact (not discounts).
- Basic design skills (Canva) to templatise UGC and recap posts; basic video clipping.
