Job Description:
1. Prospection of new business/onboarding clients and managing the business from International markets with the background of Commodities like Steel, Ferro Alloys & similar product line only.
2. Responsible for executing business operations related to the appropriate product line up/road map, price positioning, marketing communication, promotions, branding and create & develop strong channel (distribution & reliability) in each of the exporting markets and handling enquiry.
3. Participating in Tenders and handling enquiry for assigned region and accounts.
4. Negotiation & Finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Provide service support to customers and resolving their issues/concerns.
5. Regular coordination with production, quality and dispatch, for external schedule, shift, CFS, Freight Forwarders etc.
6. Export Contracting & Shipping documentation.
7. Preparing Reports for Mgmt in order to take strategic decisions.
8. Market research and Analytics.
9. Key account management ensuring best customer service and relationship.
10. Should be able to manage entire chain from securing order to end user delivery.
