ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategic Planning Support: Partner with the Founding Partners in defining and executing the firm's strategic priorities. Track progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely completion and institutional alignment.

- New Initiatives: Lead cross-functional programs (0 to 1 stage) across Design, Operations, HR, Finance, Media, and Technology that advance Morphogenesis' long-term objectives.

- Organizational Systems & Governance: Develop frameworks, SOPs, and reporting cadences that enhance organizational rhythm and inter-studio coordination. Build scalable systems to support perpetuity planning and decision-making across practices.

- Change & Knowledge Management: Institutionalize learnings from firm-wide initiatives into standard operating systems, reinforcing Morphogenesis' continuity and culture of learning.

- Communication & Liaison: Ensure effective coordination between Founding Partners, Directors, and studio teams; maintain consistency in communication and follow-through on decisions.

- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs across functions, enabling performance visibility, accountability, and course correction through structured reviews.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor key financial indicators, resourcing efficiency, and budgeting processes in collaboration with Finance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Process Optimization: Track and analyze internal processes to streamline business operations, driving improvements wherever necessary

- Business Development Support: Strengthen the firm's external positioning and growth agenda by supporting leadership in developing structured mechanisms for business development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships that advance the firm's long-term vision.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.


- 11-12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or Founder's Office roles, preferably in established firms or high-growth organizations.


- Strong strategic acumen with capability to align operational systems to organizational vision.


- Demonstrated ability to manage high-impact initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.


- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with proficiency in data interpretation and presentation.


- Strong command over workflow automation tools, MS Office Suite, and collaborative digital platforms.


- Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, creative environment.
