Position: Marketing Manager

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Working Hours: 12 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels.

- Manage social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing activities.

- Handle investor visits and support client-facing presentations.

- Generate and track quality leads to support business growth.

- Train and mentor junior team members to improve overall efficiency.

- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing/digital marketing (social media, email, WhatsApp, or related roles).

- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

- Gender: Open to male and female candidates.

- Age Limit: 25-45 years.

- Strong communication and public speaking skills.

- Ability to solve challenges and support team performance.
