Position: Finance Manager

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Working Hours: 12 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and compliance.

- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and investor presentations.

- Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and cost control measures.

- Support fundraising activities and investor visits.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory regulations.

- Collaborate with management to align financial strategy with business goals.

- Train and guide junior finance staff as required.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounting/audit (startup or corporate exposure preferred).

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

- Gender: Open to male and female candidates.

- Age Limit: 25-45 years.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle investor interactions and financial challenges.
