Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Finance Leadership Role

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Working Hours: 10-12 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's growth goals.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for sustainable scalability.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance in line with regulatory standards.

- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to legal and corporate governance norms.

Investor Relations:

- Prepare financial presentations for investors and stakeholders.

- Participate in investor visits, explain financial models, and represent the company confidently.

Equity & Capital Growth:

- Work closely with leadership to maximize equity value.

- Provide strategic insights on fundraising, M&A, and capital structuring.

Team Leadership & Training:

- Train and mentor junior finance team members (initial 6-month trainer phase).

- Build and lead a high-performance finance team for long-term growth.

Business Advisory Role:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO & Board on financial opportunities and risks.

- Provide solutions to complex financial challenges and support decision-making.

Entrepreneurial Responsibilities:

- Work as a co-founder mindset leader, taking ownership beyond finance.

- Contribute to innovation, expansion planning, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Graduate/MBA preferred.

- Experience: 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.

- Gender: Open to male and female candidates.

- Age Limit: 25-35 years.

- Strong leadership, financial problem-solving, and training skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to grow with the company.
