Primary: - Preparing concise briefs for MD's consumption prior to meetings (getting important information from reports, highlighting areas of success and concern amongst Units/Function performance) - Do some Financial analytics of the business from available data, analyze reports and feed forward - Following up critical action items to closure (Units/Functions) by setting up reviews with MD - Help in Planning, monitoring and occasionally executing business projects - Help in preparing business cases, feasibility analysis, etc. for MD - Preparing internal and external presentations as part of MD's office Secondary: - Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners - Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner - Make travel and accommodation arrangements - Follow up for weekly, monthly or quarterly reports from units/functions - Oversee the performance of other office maintenance staff and act as an Office Manager - Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports - Take minutes during meetings for the MD
