This role is responsible for building and scaling our international sales operations, expanding market presence across key global territories, and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and account management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: - Define and implement international sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify new markets and business opportunities in North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Lead Generation & Business Development: - Drive lead generation through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and digital channels. - Build a strong pipeline and close high-value deals across geographies. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Conduct regular business reviews and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Team Leadership: - Build and manage a high-performing international sales team. - Mentor, train, and guide team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. Collaboration: - Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to tailor offerings to market needs. - Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, competition, and customer needs. Reporting & Analytics: - Track sales metrics and KPIs; present regular performance reports to leadership. - Use CRM tools effectively for sales tracking and forecasting. Key Requirements: - Proven track record of international B2B sales in IT/Software Services or SaaS. - Strong network and understanding of markets like the US, Europe, and APAC. - Experience with enterprise and mid-market clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and lead global sales efforts. - Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-oriented sales. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, custom software development, or low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
