This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for shaping our HR practices, enhancing employee experience, and supporting our leadership team in aligning people strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and growth. - Design and maintain organizational structures and workforce planning to support scaling needs. - Build and promote a high-performance culture through effective performance appraisal systems and L&D initiatives. - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and labor laws. - Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and other concerns. - Oversee payroll inputs, employee benefits, and HRMS systems. - Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and employee wellness programs. - Support leadership in succession planning and organizational development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT/Tech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance. - Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage change. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Experience working with HRMS tools and data-driven HR decision-making. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
