Job Role & Responsibilities :

- 4+ Years of experience in Product.

- Own the full feature lifecycle - from conceptualisation, design, tuning, execution, release, GTM, and analysis, to V2 iterations.

- Experience in gaming is a must.

- Develop and maintain the game roadmap based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback to drive engagement and revenue growth.

- Monitor and analyse key product health metrics (Revenue, DAU, Retention, Economy) daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.

- Leverage data analysis to uncover root causes, enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and optimise player experience.

- Collaborate with UA & marketing teams to enhance user acquisition strategies and optimise performance marketing efforts.

- Work closely with the Ad Revenue & Partner teams to ensure monetisation strategies (ads + IAP) are fully optimised.

- Design and execute LiveOps strategies, including event configurations, to drive engagement and retention.

- Engage with players to gather insights via research, usability tests, and community interactions.

- Develop and present business cases for new features/products that align with company goals while ensuring efficient engineering investments.

- Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, UA, and Community teams for successful feature rollouts and promotions.

- Establish strong relationships across teams and mentor new PMs, fostering a culture of clear, effective communication and strategic decision-making.

- Passion for mobile gaming, with a deep understanding of player behaviour.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and drive impactful product decisions.

Would be a great fit if you have :

- Experience with LiveOps, Ad Revenue Optimisation, and User Acquisition strategies in mobile gaming is a plus

- Familiarity with game economy balancing, engagement loops, and retention mechanics is a plus
