Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of a feature including conceptualization, design, tuning, execution, release, go-to-market (GTM), analysis, and iteration (V2 features).

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to develop and execute product launch and marketing plans.

- Contribute to business cases for new products and feature development.

- Develop products that balance business goals with efficient engineering investments.

- Design products with a player-first mindset, focusing on the needs of the Moonfrog Community.

- Gather requirements and feedback directly from end-users through research, usability studies, community events, and visits.

- Work across multiple product areas such as revenue (Rev) and daily active users (DAU).

- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple product groups and cross-functional teams.

- Serve as a mentor to new Product Managers within the organization.

- Communicate clearly and effectively in small teams or large groups, including skip-level management.

- Recognize when negotiation is necessary and seek support accordingly.

Requirements:

- Experience in game production, project coordination, or a related role.

- Basic understanding of game development pipelines including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for games, with a solid understanding of gaming trends and player behavior
