Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels (corporate & plant).
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to fulfill business manpower needs.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies, optimize source mix, and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive competition mapping and talent market intelligence.
- Manage and mentor sourcing teams to meet TAT and hiring quality goals.
- Execute campus hiring, rightsizing, and support onboarding processes.
- Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure evolution.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and support HR audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in managing hiring in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing setup.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and Excel-based reporting.
- Knowledge of HRMS
