
Position: Senior HR Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India
Notice Period: 30 days

Eligibility: 11-14 years' HR Operations experience with MBA from IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, or ISB; at least one stint in a 500+ employee IT services company
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement-
- Lead and develop an HR Ops team, ensuring strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and technologies
- Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies for large teams
- Guide succession planning, performance management, and career development
- Provide consultation and support to managers and stakeholders on HR matters
- Champion a positive and diverse workforce culture
Desired Profile:
- MBA/PGDM from IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, or ISB
- 11-14 years' progressive experience in HR Operations, with at least one role in an IT services company (500+ employees)
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proficient with HRMS platforms, data-driven decision-making, and modern HR practices
