What you'll do:

- Lead regional and focus teams aligned with Go-to-Market goals.

- Drive strategic market research and GTM initiatives.

- Enhance processes for better efficiency, quality, and insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, FP&A, Analytics, Legal, and more.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

What we're looking for:

- 7-10 years' experience in market research / sales operations.

- 4+ years of team leadership experience.

- Strong understanding of GTM methodologies and research practices.

- Proven ability to drive performance, streamline operations, and deliver insights that matter.

- Excellent communication and people management skills.
