MonoSpear - Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support and optimize business processes through SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve workflows, and ensure successful SAP implementations and enhancements.

The role requires strong business process understanding, SAP functional knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and business requirements.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions and improvements.

- Gather, document, and validate functional and business requirements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, process flows, and user stories.

- Support SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, WM, or other relevant modules based on business requirements.

- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants for configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.

- Assist in troubleshooting SAP system issues and support incident management.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within SAP environments.

- Ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

- Support integration between SAP and third-party applications.

- Monitor business performance and recommend operational improvements.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and validation activities.

- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and training documentation.

- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

- Ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions across business functions.

- Act as a liaison between business users and SAP delivery teams.

- Participate in project planning, sprint meetings, and status reviews.

- Track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- MBA or SAP certification preferred
