Monitoring Head - Construction Finance - Financial Services Firm

We at FyneHand are mandated to work on Head monitoring for a financial services firm.

Job Summary:

The Monitoring Head will be responsible for overseeing post-sanction project monitoring, ensuring timely disbursements aligned with construction progress, and maintaining the financial health of the loan portfolio. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, risk identification skills, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track disbursements, construction milestones, and overall project progress post-sanction.

- Conduct continuous monitoring of portfolio performance and borrower financial health.

- Identify early warning signals, deviations, and potential stress cases; proactively escalate to the CEO and Head - Credit Committee (CC).

- Coordinate and manage site visits, project status reviews, and interactions with third-party monitoring agencies.

- Prepare and present periodic portfolio monitoring reports, dashboards, and MIS.

- Ensure adherence to disbursement-linked funding norms and internal risk frameworks.

- Drive timely corrective actions based on project and financial assessments.
