Monisha Jaising - Equity & Investment Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Analyst to support public and private equity investment decisions through deep fundamental research, modeling, and market tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in buy-side/sell-side research and a passion for identifying quality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth equity research on listed Indian companies (and potentially international equities)

- Create and maintain financial models, DCFs, and valuations

- Monitor industry trends, macroeconomic developments, and company news

- Prepare investment memos and idea presentations for review

- Track portfolio companies and provide quarterly updates

- Identify investment opportunities in small/mid-cap or special situations

- Engage with management, analysts, and investor calls when needed

- Assist in due diligence for any private equity or venture deals (optional)

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in equity research, PMS, mutual fund, family office, or IB

- Strong grasp of financial statements, ratios, valuation techniques

- CFA Level II/III or CA/CFA with finance specialization preferred

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Screener.in, CapitalIQ, or Bloomberg

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
