Role Overview

As a Program Manager for Partnerships, you will be the "engine room" of Moneyview's distribution network. You will sit at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech and Risk, ensuring that our strategic alliances are not only scaling rapidly but are also technically robust and compliant. You will be responsible for the end-to-end health of the partnership-from the first API handshake to long-term portfolio profitability.

The Ideal Candidate

- Fintech Domain Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Fintech (Personal Loans or Credit Cards would be an added advantage). You must understand the nuances of the lending lifecycle.

- Data-Driven Growth Mindset: You live in the data. Advanced Excel/SQL skills are a must to track funnel performance and identify growth levers.

- Technical Interface: You are comfortable working with Product Managers and Developers. You understand how APIs and SFTPs work and can troubleshoot integration issues.

- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate internal departments (Product, Risk, IT, Legal) to meet external partner timelines.

- Education: Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA or Engineering background is preferred.
