Moneylicious - Group Financial Controller - Equity & Advisory

The Financial Controller is a senior leadership role in the CFO's Office, responsible for the integrity, timeliness and quality of financial reporting across - Wealth Management, AMC, NBFC, Stock Broking, Insurance Broking, Merchant Banking, Custody and Treasury / Proprietary Trading.

Eligibility:

- Chartered Accountant with 15 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in diversified financial services group, with direct exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Proprietary Trading / Treasury and NBFC businesses.

- Strong domain knowledge of Ind AS, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical accounting issues.

Job Description:

- Own Group-wide month-end close, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations across multi-entity operations.

- Ensure technical accuracy of standalone and consolidated Ind AS financial statements (Ind AS 109, 115, 116, 110, etc.).

- Manage Big 4 statutory audit relationships and drive complex technical accounting resolutions.

- Design and operate the Group-wide Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework within Oracle Fusion / ERP.

- Drive process automation, SOP documentation, and cross-functional governance with Business, Risk, and Compliance.
