Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, developing robust sales strategies, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Daily tasks will include:
- Team Leadership: Guiding, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Leading complex negotiations and successfully closing deals for residential and commercial properties.
- Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborating effectively with other departments to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and drive overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties through various channels.
- Proactively understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions that align with their investment goals.
- Conduct professional site visits and articulate comprehensive project details to prospective buyers, addressing all their queries.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to foster loyalty and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and significantly contribute to overall team goals.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, regulatory changes, and competitive activities within the Noida/Delhi NCR property market.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills and market knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Noida/Delhi NCR property market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse clients and team members.
- Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly goal-oriented, confident, enthusiastic, and possessing a strong drive to succeed.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation and closing skills.
