Expertise: - Book Closure, Accounting Discipline, System implementation, good knowledge of Indian taxation and MIS - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skill - Excellent written and oral English language skill - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the larger team. - Administratively self-supporting - Planning and Organizing skills. - Ability to work flexibly (with tact and diplomacy) - Technologically literate on general Finance tools - Knowledge about Statutory, Tax, GST & SEZ (desirable) . - Vendor registration and reconciliation on periodic basis. - Knowledge about Transfer pricing / export invoices Brief Job description: - Focus on getting all the parallel ERP's integrated into financial statement, - Ensure books are closed on time with appropriate controls and populate information as and when required. - Should involve in Accounts & Tax, Treasury, and other members of finance and accounts who take care of designated work like AP, AR, Banking, Receivables and Sales accounting team etc. - To ensure that all bank accounts and creditor ledger statements are regularly reviewed and reconciled. - To oversee all GST matters, payments & compliances - Submit the monthly P&L to management / Board / US teams by 10th of every month. - Have analytical skill and should project the breakeven and overlook the business outcome on monthly basis. - Liaison with local auditors as well as US auditors for SEC filings and MIS related to filings Required & Preferred Skill Set: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred) - 8+ years' experience in a financial management position - Proven strategic planning experience at the management level. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skill - Excellent written and oral English language skill - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the larger team. - Administratively self-supporting - Planning and Organizing skills.
