Monarch Networth - Distribution Head - AIF & PMS

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the end-to-end distribution strategy for Monarch AIF.

- Build and scale the distribution network across wealth managers, family offices, IFAs, private banks, NRI channels, GIFT City, and institutional allocators.

- Identify and develop new investor relationships to drive capital mobilisation and business growth.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing investors, ensuring continued engagement, trust, and referral opportunities.

- Drive fundraising initiatives and support the launch and distribution of new funds.

- Build, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing distribution team.

- Establish scalable distribution processes and performance-driven business strategies.

- Work closely with the CEO and Fund Manager on business growth, fundraising strategy, and investor engagement.

- Ensure effective investor onboarding and provide guidance on AIF/PMS products, structures, and investment-related queries.

- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, investor preferences, and regulatory changes relevant to the distribution business.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution within the AIF, PMS, or Wealth Management industry.

- Postgraduate qualification in MBA/PGDM is mandatory.

- Established network of HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, private bankers, or institutional investors.

- Proven track record of successful capital raising and fundraising, beyond pitching or business development.

- Strong understanding of AIF and PMS regulations, fee structures, taxation, and investor onboarding processes.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience building and leading distribution teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business function from the ground up.

- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
