Relationship & Coverage Management

- Develop, cultivate and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers (Promoters, CEOs, CFOs, PE/VC ) across multiple industries.

- Identify new target clients and initiate outreach campaigns; build industry-by-industry coverage strategy.

- Maintain and grow a professional-intermediary network (CAs, CSs, legal/tax advisors) that sources potential mandates.

Origination & Pipeline Development

- Screen markets and sectors for deal opportunities (M&A, capital-markets, fundraising, JVs, divestments, restructuring) across industries.

- Maintain a live pipeline: prospects, expected mandate size, conversion likelihood, timeline, sector categorisation.

- Monitor industry and macro trends, regulatory changes, valuations and investor appetite to generate origination themes and pitch ideas.

- Launch strategic campaigns/thematic outreach (e.g., digital manufacturing, consumer consolidation, healthcare roll-ups, infrastructure monetisation) to prime prospects.

Pitching & Mandate Acquisition

- Prepare compelling pitch decks, industry-tailored proposals and value-creation narratives for prospective clients.

- Lead client meetings and presentations to secure mandates or exclusivity agreements.

- Negotiate preliminary engagement terms (scope, fees, exclusivity) and align with execution teams for hand-over.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track and report pipeline metrics (number of leads, stage progression, conversion rates, expected revenue) across sectors.

- Prepare dashboards/MIS for senior management: sector performance, geography breakdown, lead sources, lost mandates and reasons.

- Provide strategic input into origination framework: target industries, geographies, client segments based on pipeline and market intelligence.

Travel & External Representation

- Travel as required for client meetings, industry forums, conferences, road-shows across regions.

- Represent the firm externally and enhance brand visibility and credibility in target industries.
