As we expand our footprint across India and global markets, we are looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and governance.
What Youll Lead:
- Strategic finance, long-term planning & capital allocation
- Finance, accounts, treasury & audit functions
- Domestic & international tax compliance (GST, Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, WHT)
- International billing, multi-currency receivables & global client accounts
- Fundraising (debt & equity) for large-scale infrastructure projects
- SEBI, Companies Act & stockexchange reporting for listed-company standards
- Financial systems, ERP implementation & governance frameworks
- Leadership of cross-functional finance teams across business units
What Were Looking For:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20+ years of progressive experience
- Senior finance leadership experience in a listed company
- Strong command over finance, accounts, taxation & compliance
- Proven track record in raising capital (banks, FIs, investors)
- Experience with international billing, AR management & global tax structures
- Exceptional communication & board-level presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment
