Job Description: Marketing Manager

Organization: Mom's Belief

Location: Gurgaon (managing India, Dubai & USA markets)

Reporting to: Senior Leadership

Role Overview

Mom's Belief is a purpose-driven organization focused on holistic care and therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. We empower parents through expert, evidence-based support, helping unlock every child's potential through assessments, individualized programs, and multidisciplinary therapy.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across India, Dubai, and the USA. This role requires a sensitive, ethical, and impact-oriented marketer who can balance growth with responsibility in the developmental healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Mom's Belief's mission of holistic child development and parent empowerment.

- Strengthen brand credibility and trust among parents, caregivers, clinicians, and partners across geographies.

- Ensure consistent, compliant, and empathetic brand messaging across India, Dubai, and the USA.

Parent Acquisition & Demand Generation

- Drive parent inquiries and enrollments through digital, performance marketing, and community outreach initiatives.

- Lead campaigns for assessments, therapy programs, and multidisciplinary services.

- Optimize funnels across touchpoints including website, social media, webinars, and referral networks.

Market Expansion & Localization

- Design region-specific marketing strategies considering cultural sensitivities, healthcare regulations, and parental needs.

- Support international market growth and new service launches.

- Collaborate with local teams and partners to localize campaigns without diluting brand values.

Content, Education & Thought Leadership

- Oversee creation of parent-focused, educational content on autism, developmental delays, and therapy interventions.

- Drive thought leadership through webinars, workshops, digital content, and partnerships with experts.

- Ensure all communication is evidence-based, ethical, and aligned with best practices in child development.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with clinical, operations, enrollment, and leadership teams to align marketing with service delivery.

- Translate clinical offerings into clear, parent-friendly communication.

- Support enrollment and center teams with relevant marketing collateral and insights.

Agency, Team & Budget Management

- Manage internal marketing resources and external agencies.

- Own marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI across regions.

- Build scalable marketing processes for a growing multi-country organization.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and engagement.

- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Continuously refine strategies based on data and parent feedback.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in maternal and child-focused domains, including child development, early intervention, education, parenting services, wellness, or allied sectors (not limited to healthcare)

- Experience managing multi-geography or international marketing portfolios.

- Strong understanding of digital, performance, and content marketing.

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, trust-based marketing in healthcare.

- Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking and execution capability.

- Exposure to USA and Middle East healthcare or service markets is a strong advantage.
