JD:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and cash flow management.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Manage internal controls, audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

- Monitor working capital, cost management, and financial risk mitigation strategies.

- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.

- Drive automation and system improvements in financial processes.

- Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements and skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 36 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in managing audits and interacting with senior management.

- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred).

- Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage
