About the Job

At Molygraph Lubricants, the Assistant Manager International Business will be responsible for driving export sales, managing global distributor relationships, providing technical support to end-users, exploring new markets, and ensuring the seamless execution of international operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key international markets

- Manage and grow relationships with overseas distributors, OEMs, and channel partners

- Coordinate export documentation, international pricing, and regulatory compliance

- Work closely with internal teams for product availability, technical support, and marketing campaigns

- Represent Molygraph at global trade shows, exhibitions, and international industry events

- Track, analyze, and report international sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

- Ensure alignment of sales strategy with the companys global expansion goals

- Support in preparing commercial offers, tender documentation, and technical proposals

- Collaborate with the R&D team to address technical queries and customization needs

Skillsets Required

- Strong international business acumen and understanding of global trade practices

- In-depth knowledge of industrial lubricants and application engineering

- Experience in managing OEMs, channel partners, and distributors globally

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in export-import regulations, incoterms, and shipping documentation

- Strong analytical skills for market intelligence, forecasting, and performance reporting

- Ability to coordinate across multifunctional teams including R&D, logistics, and finance

- Willingness to travel internationally and represent the brand at global events

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Qualifications

- MBA or Bachelors degree in Engineering

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international business within the industrial lubricants domain

- Strong technical background and understanding of lubricant applications across sectors
