Your Job:
- Provide sales support to the Molex CES Sales Team for the North region.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of assigned revenue targets and organizational objectives.

What You Will Do:
- Understand customer requirements, work on drawings, and design the Bill of Materials (BoM) for Customers, Consultants, and Partners.
- Propose suitable and optimized LAN (Cabling) solutions matching customer requirements (BoQ & BoM).
- Meet assigned revenue targets as part of the Sales profile and contribute to organizational success.
- Work on bids and specification documents for projects.
- Review project and tender specifications, validate them, and prepare compliance statements.
- Understand and recommend best practices for design and installation.
- Stay updated on new developments in standards and technologies; propose relevant solutions to customers.
- Stay informed about new product releases and recommend them to customers where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Presales and Product Teams for new product developments and customized solutions for customers.
- Conduct Certified System Vendor (CSV) training and certify System Integrators/Partners for Molex in the North and East regions.
- Represent the company and deliver presentations at technical and channel events for North and East locations.
- Support the sales team by preparing and designing demo kits and updating presentations with new product launches.
- Coordinate with the Presales team to design solutions for layouts/requirements and conduct product demos for customers.
- Provide ELV technical consultancy and customized solutions for Enterprise, Data Centre, Smart Buildings, Campus, Audio/Video, BMS, and Industrial cabling needs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Teams in North and East on diverse high-profile infrastructure projects related to structured cabling.
- Use your curiosity and problem-solving skills to develop solutions to daily business challenges related to structured cabling.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience in LAN or structured cabling with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 system integration company.
- Hands-on experience in site installation or supervision is preferred.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling products, competition, installation practices, and standards.
- Broad knowledge of networking including LAN, Data Centre, and WAN technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials.
- Possession of any relevant industry certification will be an advantage.
