Role Objective:
The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, owning end-to-end brand awareness, demand generation, and lead generation for business verticals serving enterprise customers. This high-visibility role within the organization will enable the incumbent to drive large-scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand positioning strategies, identifying target audiences and tailoring marketing plans with clear objectives across various channels and segments.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Drive lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Email marketing, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Oversee creation and continuous improvement of sales collateral for enterprise marketing, including presentations, brochures, case studies, blogs, authored articles, press releases, and website content.
- Ownership of marketing for multiple portfolio solutions
- Drive monthly content and campaign calendar and review process.
- Manage budget and report on ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analytics and reporting across marketing platforms to extract actionable insights, enabling data-driven campaign development and strategic go-to-market recommendations.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications, including digital, print, and video assets.
Work Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
- Understanding of manufacturing/ energy/ infrastructure sector, would be an added advantage
Knowledge/ Skills
- Strong program and project management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Essential
Education
- B Tech or Equivalent Degree
- MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute
