Role Objective:
Leading business strategy, P&L ownership, and growth for Packaging vertical by going deep and understanding where opportunities are and consequently creating viable business plans to service the opportunities. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and proven leadership across sales, operations, and supply chain. The individual will drive profitability, expand market share, and ensure seamless execution across the value chain.
Role Responsibilties:
- Lead the Packaging Business Unit with end-to-end accountability across sales, key account management, operations, and supply chain functions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, suppliers, and channel partners.
- Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and customer retention initiatives.
- Strategize entry across key segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Drive P&L growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within key accounts.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
Desirable:
Qualification & Experience:
Work Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial -Packaging space
- Start-up experience or any stint where a business vertical has been set up would be an added advantage
Knowledge/ Skills
- Strong technical understanding of Packaging domain
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Education: B. Tech + MBA from a reputed institute
