Role Objective:

Execute supply-chain transformation plans for customers (or potential customers) by partnering with CXOs. Manage existing large accounts and grow share-of-business with by offering additional technology-based solutions.

The incumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of customers business, map out all their strategic drivers, align Moglix solutions to customer needs, and help drive execution.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Manage procurement programs for large clients in manufacturing and metal mining sectors

- Oversee indirect procurement and tactical spend projects in line with business goals.

- Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, process improvements & value engineering initiatives.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement outcomes.

- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership.

- Support pre-sales activities by engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to business development initiatives.

- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients to win new procurement programs.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Work Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of core experience in manufacturing / metal mining supply chain or consultancy exposure for supply chain transformation.

- Proven track record in program management with large, complex B2B clients.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Essential

Knowledge/ Skills:

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

- Excellent communication, Senior executive presence

- Good people management skills

- Excellent data analytical skills Essential

Education:

- Graduation & MBA from a reputed institute
