Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales for Infra vertical and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Get relevant Infra. customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments (domestic, intl.) and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business.
- Ensure account stabilization and further growth
Qualification & Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales from EPC industry
- Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
- Excellent communication & people management skills. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2/3 institute
