Role Objective:

We are looking for a manufacturing sector leader who comes with functional expertise in manufacturing operations domain and is excited to take up new challenges in a fast-paced & highly energetic work environment. The candidate will drive the manufacturing vertical 'Centre of Excellence' and implement best-in-class manufacturing processes across plants.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead the manufacturing 'centre of excellence' to support different manufacturing plants located across India

- Define and standardize processes around planning, procurement, production, plant operations, QC, Compliances, HR & IR.

- Partner & support respective plant leaders in resolving operational bottlenecks, IR issues, and other specific plant- related deliverables.

- Build a strong review & governance mechanism for problem solving at plant levels.

- Work with the central leadership team to align plant-level strategies with overall business goals.

- Closely monitor all operational and financial KPIs.

Qualification & Experiene:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry - plant ops, process & supply chain.

- Should be open for travelling across plants

- Strong understanding of monitoring multiple plant operations, P&L, compliance, and IR processes

- Strong process and operational expertise

- B.tech
