Have a thorough understanding of content and analytics 4. Drive strategy and operations for social media 5. Drive engagement through organic and inorganic measures 6. Research oriented and driven by data 7. Research oriented and driven by data 8. Understanding of trends on social media 9. Experimental mindset which is driven by growth 10. Understanding of creative design (preferred) Qualification & Experience: Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B set up - Brand Marketing/Social Media. Knowledge/ Skills: (a) Great Project and Program Management skills (b) Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Social media platform, campaigns (paid and organic), measurement tools, social media platform algorithms (c) High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment (d) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
